Terms & Conditions

1. Our artwork is in stock, and will normally ship within 3 to 5 days from our shipping location in Los Angeles, California, USA.
2. Our standard shipping is UPS or USPS GROUND. Please note that shipping via UPS/USPS ground takes 1 to 6 days extra in transit (depending on how far the shipping destination is from Los Angeles, California), this transit time is to be added on top of your estimated ship dates from our location to get the overall estimated shipping time to your doorstep. Please allow 3 to 8 working days at least for delivery.
3. Any returned order, requires a pre-authorization return number from our office within 15 days from day of shipment date. Please contact us (within 15 days from shipment date) to get the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number. All returns must be received within 15 days of the RGA number. Without the RGAnumber, our office will not accept the returned item, and no refund credit or exchange will be issued. Returned·artworks should be in the original good condition, any damaged artwork will not be exchanged, nor refunded.
4. Any returned item will be charged 15% of its value as a Re-Stocking Charge. In addition the returned item should be in good condition, all components included, including original packaging.
5. Return shipping and handling cost, is to the expense of the customer/buyer. And reshipping a replacement of a returned product is to customer/buyer expense.
6. If any item is damaged in transit, then the customer/buyer should report that to the shipping carrier immediately, and also advise us so we would help handle the claim with the shipping carrier. This is the responsibility of the carrier and not ours, hence we would compensate the customer once the carrier compensates us.
7. Listed shipping rates are for domestic USA destinations only, our website is linked to UPS or USPS where a customer can get real time shipping cost to any location in continental USA. However for international destinations the shipping is an estimate, and will be adjusted to actual shipping and handling cost at the time of shipping. Please contact us first to get the actual shipping cost.
8. All our orders are shipped economy class via UPS/USPS ground. However we offer other options for rush orders, but there is an extra charge for Air & Express deliveries. Please contact us to inquire about availability·if you want a rush delivery. The choices for rush deliveries are: UPSNext Day Air, Second Day Air, and 3 Day Select, and/or USPS Priority Mail, but you need to call us first·to arrange for that.
9. Due to lighting, camera features, and website photo resolution, the actual color of the artwork might be slightly different than the·color shown in the displayed photo.
